Alrighty guys so it's been a little over a week since I have started my weight loss/getting into shape/living a healthier lifestyle has started. Over this past week I have been counting calories, I have added fruits and veggies to my meals, I haven't touched ANY soda, and I have been exercising. I am using the "myfitnesspal" app on my phone to keep track of my calories that I have eaten, and I keep track of my exercise on there. It is extremely helpful because it's on my phone, I have it with me if I'm at a party, at a friends house, or even out to eat. A week ago I measured myself in weight and inches. This week I have only measured myself in inches because quite honestly, I really don't mind if i stay the same weight even though it is a lot, I just want to lose inches, and lose dress sizes. Since last week I have officially lost 2 inches off of my stomach, and .2 inches off of my arms. No it's not a lot, but it's definately a start. I am probably only going to record my weight every 2 weeks not every week because looking at your weight a lot isn't healthy either because even if you do eat right and exercise and you don't lose that much weight, or you don't lose any at all, it can be very discouraging and can lead to downfalls. I have to say, I haven't been eating COMPLETELY healthy, i mean come on I'm human afterall. I do treat myself to either some chips, or a bar of chocolate every now and then. I am a chocoholic. Getting rid of chocolate is just a no-no for me. If you guys would like me to keep track of my food/excerise routine on here, let me know. And if you guys have any tips and tricks as to what has helped you live healthier, please also let me know! I am trying to find free websites, free exercise routines etc so i can help you guys out too. Being a broke college student doesn't exactly help me with exercising. I'd love to join a gym, just don't have the money to. Anyways, sorry this is such a long boring post without pictures, just thought i'd keep you guys updated and since it's been a while, i don't want you to think i've given up. Because i haven't, and i WON'T.
