so i slacked...

So i missed a day of blogging... surprise surprise. I honestly thin i'm just going to promise one post a week because i KNOW it's something I can keep up with. haha. I'm so lazy. anyways. yesterday I had a cheat day which might be why i didn't post... and today i didn't exactly eat all healthy foods either but i swear on my grave tomorrow I am doing nothing but eating all healthy. and even on my off days, I continue to workout. Nothing will stop me from losing this weight. I do have some exiting news though! I went shopping today and I OFFICIALLY FIT INTO SIZE 14 CLOTHES! i bought a new pair of shorts and a new pair of jeans from work, and they're both 14. I was so excited!! Anyways, busy busy busy i have to fit in a workout now, so today's post will be short and sweet. Hope you all area having a good day <3

Day 2!

You thought I wouldn't keep up, didn't you? ;) Well i'm back again and feeling more refreshed than ever. I didn't eat much today food wise, but calorie-wise, i used up ALL OF MY CALORIES. that has never happened before. For breakfast, I made a sausage buiscit. Now, I know that sounds unhealthy, but mine consisted of turkey sausage, and a 100% wheat english muffin. It was delicious. I had work today so after breakfast, i did my 10 minute biggest loser workout (I'm doin the 30 day jumpstart) i showered and headed into work. I was working from 1:30-5:30 with a call in until 10, so just in case they were going to keep me, i brought a microwavable dinner. A lean cuisine chicken club panini. At 5:30 i was informed that I could go home. although I was excited to hear this I was starving, and couldn't stay to eat my food so i got subway (yum!) I ordered a 6" buffalo chicken on flatbread with provolone cheese. IT.WAS.DELICIOUS. since today was my official weigh in, i decided to have some cookies as well, giving me the whole week to work them off ;) But after this meal, i felt disgusting. I felt like i had eaten a big mac from mcdonalds, large fries and a pie. It was revolting. So because my bestfriend Sam got off work early, we went to the gym! When i got there I walked a mile on the treadmill, rotated arm and leg machines to shock the muscles, did 10 minutes of eliptical, then walked another mile on the treadmill for a cool down. All in all I'd say i had a good day today, and I can't wait for tomorrow, (I'm babysitting my cousin Dara!)

M.I.A.

Hey all! okay, sooo it's been quite a while since my last blog post and after seeing that over 100 people saw it, I was quite embarrassed with the fact that I did absolutely nothing. I didn't go on a diet, I didn't lose the weight and more importantly, I didn't log on to get the motivation I needed. BUT i am back now and more ready than ever. For the first time in my life, i have had all the motivation I need to get up and work my ass off. I have decided that diets aren't the answer because you lose the weight, then you stop the diet and gain it all back, so i've decided instead of dieting I am making a lifestyle change. Or should i say, I already have. 2 weeks ago, I put it into my head that I would lose 50 pounds. At least. I know i said this last time, but so much motivation has come my way and i've actually kept up with everything. For the past 2 weeks I have been eating healthier, I have had no soda, I had fast food ONCE (long story) and I have been counting calories and exercising. I am already down 11.6 pounds! Which leaves me at 194. 2. I know my first post had my measurements on it, so i'm gonna put my new measurements up. I'm sure it's not that big of a difference, but people are already noticing my weightloss, so i'm sure there's at least some difference! I am so excited about this, and the fact that people are already noticing, is even more motivation to keep going. If i lose another 5 pounds, I'll be in the 180s.... I haven't seen that number on the scale since junior year of highschool. Junk food already sounds gross and every time people offer me chips, or soda i'm able to say no! It's amazing feeling like i have control over my body, and I'm already so much more confident in myself. So now that i've bored you with my blabbering, (sorry i just can't contain my excitement!) here's my new measurements!
height: 5'3"
weight: 194.2 or 13.87 stone
waist: 42 1/2"
bust: 44 1/2"- the only place i'm okay with not losing any ;)
left "bicep": 13"
right "bicep": 13"
left thigh:27 1/4"
right thigh: 27 1/4"
neck: 14 1/2"
pant size: 16 (but fitting into some 14!)
shirt size: extra large
So all in all i think i've done pretty good for 2 weeks! I didn't even realize i had shrunk that much, but hey, I'm definately not complaining! I'm gonna try log my food on here every day since typing on the computer isn't hard work haha. and then once a week ill do a weigh in, and new measurements. I'm so excited to get this show on the road and Hopefully this time next week i'll be in the 180s!
