You thought I wouldn't keep up, didn't you? ;) Well i'm back again and feeling more refreshed than ever. I didn't eat much today food wise, but calorie-wise, i used up ALL OF MY CALORIES. that has never happened before. For breakfast, I made a sausage buiscit. Now, I know that sounds unhealthy, but mine consisted of turkey sausage, and a 100% wheat english muffin. It was delicious. I had work today so after breakfast, i did my 10 minute biggest loser workout (I'm doin the 30 day jumpstart) i showered and headed into work. I was working from 1:30-5:30 with a call in until 10, so just in case they were going to keep me, i brought a microwavable dinner. A lean cuisine chicken club panini. At 5:30 i was informed that I could go home. although I was excited to hear this I was starving, and couldn't stay to eat my food so i got subway (yum!) I ordered a 6" buffalo chicken on flatbread with provolone cheese. IT.WAS.DELICIOUS. since today was my official weigh in, i decided to have some cookies as well, giving me the whole week to work them off ;) But after this meal, i felt disgusting. I felt like i had eaten a big mac from mcdonalds, large fries and a pie. It was revolting. So because my bestfriend Sam got off work early, we went to the gym! When i got there I walked a mile on the treadmill, rotated arm and leg machines to shock the muscles, did 10 minutes of eliptical, then walked another mile on the treadmill for a cool down. All in all I'd say i had a good day today, and I can't wait for tomorrow, (I'm babysitting my cousin Dara!)
